We are looking for a Senior Analyst – Corporate Development to join our Dubai-based team and play a hands-on role in driving TruDoc’s growth through M&A execution, fundraising, and strategic initiatives. This is a high-visibility role that works directly with senior leadership at TruDoc. The ideal candidate brings strong transaction experience from investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance and thrives in a fast-paced, deal-heavy environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Fundraising (Equity & Debt)
Support equity and debt fundraising exercises by preparing investor presentations, teasers, information memorandums, and data room management
Support investor outreach and maintain relationships with marquee institutional investors, family offices, and lenders in the GCC and global markets
Develop and maintain capitalisation tables, scenario-based funding models, and term sheet analysis
Work closely with the CFO and investment team on capital structure optimisation and covenant compliance
M&A & Inorganic Growth
Lead end-to-end execution of strategic acquisitions including target identification, outreach, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, and post-close integration planning
Build and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, LBO, precedent transactions, comparable company analysis) to evaluate potential targets
Prepare investment memorandums, IC presentations, and board-level materials for internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate with legal, tax, and regulatory advisors across multiple GCC jurisdictions to ensure seamless deal execution
Maintain and manage an active M&A pipeline tracker, prioritising opportunities aligned with TruDoc’s strategic roadmap
Financial Analysis & Due Diligence
Perform comprehensive commercial and financial due diligence, including revenue quality, unit economics, and cohort analysis
Build integrated three-statement financial models and scenario/sensitivity analysis for targets and portfolio companies
Analyse operational KPIs and healthcare-specific metrics to identify value creation levers and flag risks
Benchmark targets against industry peers and public comps to inform valuation and negotiation strategy
Strategic Planning & Portfolio Support
Support the leadership team in developing TruDoc’s long-term corporate strategy, market entry plans, and competitive positioning
Prepare board reports, portfolio performance dashboards, and periodic business reviews
Conduct market mapping, competitive landscaping, and white-space analysis across GCC healthcare segments
Partner with operational teams to track integration milestones and synergy realisation for completed deals
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
4–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate development / M&A advisory
Demonstrated track record of executing end-to-end transactions (buy-side or sell-side) across one or more deal cycles
Exceptional financial modelling skills – proficient in building LBO, DCF, merger models, and integrated financial statements from scratch
Strong understanding of deal structuring, valuation methodologies, and due diligence workstreams
CFA charterholder or candidate (Level II cleared or above) strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline; MBA / PGP from a top-tier institution is a plus
Prior exposure to the healthcare, digital health, or consumer sectors is a distinct advantage
Familiarity with GCC regulatory environments, corporate governance norms, and cross-border deal dynamics preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distil complex analysis into clear, senior-management-ready deliverables
High degree of ownership, intellectual curiosity, and comfort operating in a lean, fast-moving team
