Job description
We are looking for a confident and customer-friendly Sales Executive to represent our company at designated venue. The role involves engaging with visitors, explaining our services, demonstrating how to use the kiosk, and ensuring customers have a smooth and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with visitors and introduce them to the company's products and services.
- Demonstrate how to use the kiosk and guide customers through the process.
- Answer customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Encourage customer engagement and promote service adoption.
- Ensure the kiosk is well-maintained and operational throughout the day.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team.
- Meet daily engagement and lead generation targets, where applicable.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to explain services in a simple and engaging manner.
- Comfortable working at field locations and interacting with large numbers of people.
- Prior experience in field sales, customer service, or promotions is an advantage.
