Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first aid and basic healthcare to students and staff.
- Assess and manage minor illnesses, injuries, and medical emergencies.
- Maintain accurate student health records and medical documentation.
- Administer medications as per approved guidelines and parental/medical instructions.
- Monitor students with existing medical conditions and follow their care plans.
- Coordinate with parents, school management, and healthcare providers when required.
- Promote health, hygiene, and wellness awareness within the school.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing license/eligibility as per UAE regulations.
- Previous experience as a School Nurse or in a pediatric/clinical setting is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively.
