Job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Collect blood samples from patients safely and efficiently.
- Perform venipuncture and other sample collection procedures.
- Properly label, handle, and transport samples as per guidelines.
- Ensure patient comfort and maintain hygiene and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Coordinate with the laboratory and medical team when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Phlebotomy, Medical Laboratory Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant experience as a Phlebotomist or in a clinical/laboratory setting.
- Good knowledge of blood collection and sample handling procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work professionally with patients and healthcare teams.
