The Role
This is an analyst role inside a control-oriented mid-market PE fund — raising growth and structured capital for our portfolio companies and executing M&A alongside the fund and founders/operating team. Your anchor mandate will be in Dubai, where you'll own the capital formation and inorganic growth agenda end to end.

The Role
This is an analyst role inside a control-oriented mid-market PE fund — raising growth and structured capital for our portfolio companies and executing M&A alongside the fund and founders/operating team. Your anchor mandate will be in Dubai, where you'll own the capital formation and inorganic growth agenda end to end.
What you'll actually do
- Raise capital for portfolio companies — structure and execute growth equity, venture debt, and structured rounds: build the model and materials, drive the data room, work with management team to manage investor and lender processes through to close.
- Execute M&A — source and evaluate bolt-ons and strategic targets, run valuation and diligence, coordinate legal/tax/financial advisors across jurisdictions, and steer deals to signing.
- Own the Portfolio Company Corp Dev agenda — sit closest to our operating and management team work hand in hand with them to be able to achieve the corporate development goals of the portfolio company
- Build the analysis that decides things — integrated operating models, DCFs, scenario and synergy analysis that the boards act on
- Be in the room — direct exposure to founders, co-investors, lenders, and senior leadership from week one.
Who you are
- 4–6 years in investment banking, private equity, VC, transaction advisory, or a top financial-research/diligence platform. We care more about transaction reps and raw analytical horsepower than a specific prior title.
- Elite financial modeller & storyteller — you build integrated operating and valuation models from a blank sheet, fast and clean. You are able to translate the portfolio company numbers into an articulate story through text, documents, and other formats.
- Process athlete — you can carry a live capital raise or M&A workstream and keep advisors, counterparties, and timelines moving.
- Hungry and ownership-minded — you want to run things, not support them, and you're ready to relocate to Dubai to do it.
- Strong communicator who turns complexity into a decision. GCC exposure is a bonus, not a requirement.
